CU Engage Hires Les Anderson as Chief Growth Officer, Promotes Key Leadership
Saint Petersburg, FL – January 19, 2020 – CU Engage CEO Jennifer Addabbo announced today the appointment of Les Anderson as Chief Growth Officer. Anderson brings over 20 years of industry experience, serving in past sales and alliances leadership roles at FIS. His primary focus at CU Engage will be to drive the generation of new and existing business across all CU Engage services nationwide.

Most recently, Anderson was Head of Alliances at FIS where he was responsible for over 100 partners and a significant revenue portfolio. Prior to this, he served in a variety of sales leadership roles including VP of Partner Management, VP of Product Sales Consulting, and Senior League Sales Executive.
In addition to Anderson joining, CU Engage has promoted key leaders within the organization – Nell De Mattia to SVP Operations, Dean Swann to SVP Technology, and Kristin Evans to Director of Marketing.
