Eric's Bio

Eric is responsible for leading all operational functions at Georgia’s Own Credit Union in areas such as Enterprise Technology, Enterprise Risk Management, Deposit & Lending Operations, and Retail Operations. He brings over 15 years of experience to the Credit Union Industry, and prior to his Operations role, he served as Georgia’s Own Credit Union’s Chief Risk Officer & General Counsel. Eric has previous Board experience on both a data-processing CUSO and credit union foundation.

Eric is a licensed attorney in the state of Georgia and holds a BA from The University of Southern Mississippi and a JD from Florida Coastal School of Law. Eric lives in Atlanta, Georgia and spends his free time traveling and in his hometown of Ocean Springs, MS.

Santo Cannone is a strategic advisor to technology companies throughout the U.S. He has held leadership positions in sales, product management and operations with ConnectWise, Fiserv, FIS and EDS. He is Board Chair, Computer Mentors, which provides technical training and mentoring to children in underserved areas of Tampa Bay. In addition, he is a board member, United Solutions Company, a credit union service organization.

Santo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University and a Master of Management from Penn State.

Kathy Bader Courtney has global and domestic leadership experience across operations, P&L and financial management, strategic planning, client relations, product and program management, technology and analytics, and organizational/talent development.

Kathy relocated back to her home state of Iowa in 2018 to join GreenStateCredit Union (UICCU) as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this capacity, she is responsible for leadership of core areas including Card and Deposit Services, Retail Processing, Account Resolutions, General Counsel, Risk and Compliance, and Location Strategy/Execution/Maintenance serving over 200,000 members with more than $5.5B in assets.

She has a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jeff is a member of BCUs Executive Leadership team and is responsible for Partnerships and strategy execution.He was formally BCU CIO for 16 years. He is a graduate from Lawrence University with a degree in economics and has worked at BCU since 1997. Jeff began his career as a Management Trainee at Waste Management. From there, he moved to Sara Lee and then to Caremark prior to joining BCU. At those organizations, he participated in numerous critical projects and gained a broad-base of technology, manufacturing, project, risk-mitigation, management knowledge and experience.

Jeff is active on numerous credit union industry committees and advisory boards including the Governance Committee for CUFX, Symitar Strategic Advisory Board, SMA Advisory, and CULedger Advisory. He formally contributed on the PSCU Technology Advisory Group and CUNA Technology Council Executive Committee. Jeff received the Trailblazer & IT Executive of the Year Award from the Credit Union Times. Most recently, BCU ranked #10 among small-sized organizations for being one of Computerworld’s 100 Best Places to Work in IT.

With 30 years’ experience in the credit union marketplace Fran held sales positions at Newtrend and Electronic Data Services from 1989 through 2001. In 2001 Fran joined Aurum Technology as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales Support and after an acquisition by FIS led new business sales for the MISER organization until his departure to Jack Henry-Symitar in 2008 where he assumed the role of National Sales Manager for 10 years until his retirement in 2018. Fran holds BS and MBA degrees from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and resides in Indialantic, Florida.

Heather's Bio

Heather has more than 29 years of leadership and banking experience. In her current role as Alliant’s Vice President of Operations, Deposits & Payments Strategy, Heather leads a division of more than 40 associates responsible for all operational functions at Alliant. Her role aligns deposit and payments product management with the associated operations to better synchronize front and back office service delivery. Throughout her career, Heather has provided leadership and strategic direction for several credit union functions, including consumer lending, business process improvement, member engagement, member contact center, branch, project and program management, and operations support.

Heather is also the 2nd Vice Chair of CUNA Councils and the past chair of the CUNA Operations and Member Experience Council.

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from DePaul University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Benedictine University. She has two daughters in college and lives in the suburbs of Chicago with her husband and two dogs.

Kim is the EVP & COO at Chartway FCU and has been in financial services her entire career. She has spent her tenure serving in multiple leadership roles focused on member service, driving organizational growth, and influencing the strategic direction of the Credit Union.

George's Bio

George Rudolph joined PSECU, Pennsylvania’s anytime, anywhere digital credit union, as its new President and CEO in April 2019. Along with his team of approximately 900 statewide professionals, George is responsible for managing PSECU’s more than $5.6 billion in assets and delivering high-quality financial product and service offerings to its 450,000 valued members.

To his role at PSECU, George brought with him nearly thirty years of combined experience in the credit union and airline industries. Prior to joining PSECU, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations & Technology at Alliant Credit Union.

George has also served as trusted advisor and participant in some of the industry’s top committees, including vendor advisory boards, the CUNA Technology Council’s Executive Committee, and the Federal Reserve’s Faster Payments Task Force.

George holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Organizational Behavior as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from LaSalle University.
