Our Board of Advisors is comprised of 14 industry leaders and innovative thinkers. Our advisors engage with us year-round and meet in-person twice annually to provide a strategic perspective and help guide our path as industry experts and thought leaders enabling our team to provide relevant services to our clients.
Mollie Bell joined Ent Credit Union in December 2018 as Chief Development Officer.
Mollie has worked on behalf of credit unions since 2007, having worked for Credit Union National Association, Filene Research Institute, and CUNA Mutual Group in executive positions ranging from strategic project portfolio management to system-wide engagement. She has traveled across the United States working with credit unions and credit union service organizations serving as a thought-leader for transformation, leadership development, culture, and growth strategies.
Prior to her experience in the credit union industry, Mollie held roles as an attorney, consultant, teacher, and business owner. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 2001 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors at Lamar University in 1992.

Eric is responsible for leading all operational functions at Georgia’s Own Credit Union in areas such as Enterprise Technology, Enterprise Risk Management, Deposit & Lending Operations, and Retail Operations. He brings over 15 years of experience to the Credit Union Industry, and prior to his Operations role, he served as Georgia’s Own Credit Union’s Chief Risk Officer & General Counsel. Eric has previous Board experience on both a data-processing CUSO and credit union foundation.
Eric is a licensed attorney in the state of Georgia and holds a BA from The University of Southern Mississippi and a JD from Florida Coastal School of Law. Eric lives in Atlanta, Georgia and spends his free time traveling and in his hometown of Ocean Springs, MS.

Kathy Bader Courtney has global and domestic leadership experience across operations, P&L and financial management, strategic planning, client relations, product and program management, technology and analytics, and organizational/talent development.
Kathy relocated back to her home state of Iowa in 2018 to join GreenStateCredit Union (UICCU) as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this capacity, she is responsible for leadership of core areas including Card and Deposit Services, Retail Processing, Account Resolutions, General Counsel, Risk and Compliance, and Location Strategy/Execution/Maintenance serving over 200,000 members with more than $5.5B in assets.
She has a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Chris Giles joined the CU Movement in 2004 as a consultant, before being hired at Maps in 2005. Initially serving as General Manager in the Maps subsidiary company CU Wireless (CUW), Giles was named CEO of CUW in 2015. In 2017, he was chosen to head up the newly created Strategic Payments function at Maps. As CXO, Giles works closely with Maps’ member-facing teams to create and execute strategies around creating best-in-class experiences for Maps’ members.
Chris speaks at credit union industry events across the U.S. including annual meetings of the California, Nevada, Oregon, and Connecticut Credit Union Leagues, National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO), the Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC), and AXFI. He has spoken on a variety of topics including emerging payments trends, data analytics, product innovation and Customer Experience Management.

Chris Harlan is the President/CEO at the Champaign, IL based University of Illinois Community Credit Union. He joined UICCU in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in credit union and banking leadership.
A native of Champaign, Harlan has extensive volunteer experience in the community and the credit union industry. He currently serves as the Board Chair for the Illini Media Corporation, Membership and Finance Committee Chair for Allerton Park and Retreat Center, and the Advisor’s Plus Advisory Group for PSCU.
Mr. Harlan received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University and an Associate’s Degree from Parkland College. He completed his Executive MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2013.
In 2018, Harlan received the Central Illinois Business 40 Under 40 Man of the Year Award. He lives in Mahomet with his wife and three children.

Jeff is a member of BCUs Executive Leadership team and is responsible for Partnerships and strategy execution.He was formally BCU CIO for 16 years. He is a graduate from Lawrence University with a degree in economics and has worked at BCU since 1997. Jeff began his career as a Management Trainee at Waste Management. From there, he moved to Sara Lee and then to Caremark prior to joining BCU. At those organizations, he participated in numerous critical projects and gained a broad-base of technology, manufacturing, project, risk-mitigation, management knowledge and experience.
Jeff is active on numerous credit union industry committees and advisory boards including the Governance Committee for CUFX, Symitar Strategic Advisory Board, SMA Advisory, and CULedger Advisory. He formally contributed on the PSCU Technology Advisory Group and CUNA Technology Council Executive Committee. Jeff received the Trailblazer & IT Executive of the Year Award from the Credit Union Times. Most recently, BCU ranked #10 among small-sized organizations for being one of Computerworld’s 100 Best Places to Work in IT.

Kim is the EVP & COO at Chartway FCU and has been in financial services her entire career. She has spent her tenure serving in multiple leadership roles focused on member service, driving organizational growth, and influencing the strategic direction of the Credit Union.
Kim currently serves her communities through committee participation at Old Dominion University’s Business School, on NAFCU’s Payment’s & Cyber Security Committee, and as a Board of Trustee for Chartway’s charity, the We Promise Foundation, which has raised more than $11 million to provide experiences that bring joy, hope, and smiles to children facing medical hardship or illness.
Kim earned her B.S. and her M.B.A. at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and enjoys watching men’s and women’s basketball with her family at the Chartway Arena located on Old Dominion’s campus.

Joe is Vice President of Products & Payments at Virginia Credit Union. He has worked in financial services for nearly 20 years.
Over the last 6 years at Virginia Credit Union, and previously at Capital One, Joe has worked in Finance, Operations, MarketingResearch, Product Development and Brand/Creative Management. Joe has responsibility for product and payment efforts, with an emphasis on the credit union’s debit and credit card business.
Joe holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech and a M.B.A. from the University of Richmond. He lives in Midlothian, VA with his wife and two children.
George Rudolph joined PSECU, Pennsylvania’s anytime, anywhere digital credit union, as its new President and CEO in April 2019. Along with his team of approximately 900 statewide professionals, George is responsible for managing PSECU’s more than $5.6 billion in assets and delivering high-quality financial product and service offerings to its 450,000 valued members.
To his role at PSECU, George brought with him nearly thirty years of combined experience in the credit union and airline industries. Prior to joining PSECU, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations & Technology at Alliant Credit Union.
George has also served as trusted advisor and participant in some of the industry’s top committees, including vendor advisory boards, the CUNA Technology Council’s Executive Committee, and the Federal Reserve’s Faster Payments Task Force.
George holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Organizational Behavior as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from LaSalle University.
Alissa Sykes Tulloch, Chief Experience Officer for AmeriCU, is responsible for enhancing the Rome, New York-based credit union’s retail and operational processes, member delivery channels and infrastructure to deliver outstanding programs.
Sykes Tulloch focuses on creating and executing the strategic plans related to Financial Center operations, Member Relationship & Marketing, Membership Development, Payments, AmeriCU Insurance Services, and AmeriCU Investment Services. She brings 15 years of in-depth experience in the credit union field and 25 years in the financial service industry.
Prior to joining AmeriCU, Sykes Tulloch was Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Sunmark Credit Union in Latham, N.Y. After joining Sunmark in 2005, she held several roles with increasing responsibility including AVP of Consumer and Mortgage Lending, and VP and Chief Lending Officer. She has also held roles at TD Bank, NBT Bank and Trustco Bank.
Sykes Tulloch is working toward her MBA from ENEB Business School, based in Barcelona Spain.
When not at work Sykes Tulloch is a hockey mom who spends most of her time at a rink… or in the car traveling to a rink. She has two spoiled labs that her boys say she loves more than them. She loves trying new restaurants and wines with her husband, but most of all enjoys traveling with her family!

In December 2013, Eli Vazquez joined Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Mortgage and Business Lending at American Airlines Federal Credit Union and, during his tenure, held diverse roles including serving as a member of the board of directors, and leading the areas of finance, lending, collections, card services, business development, community relations, wealth management and credit counseling. Eli holds an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Tulane University and an MBA in finance from the University of California at Berkeley. In his leisure time, Eli volunteers with a number of organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the San Miguel School, and he enjoys skiing and cycling.
