James brings over 30 years of experience in the Banking and Credit Union Industry to CU Engage with previous senior leadership positions with Fiserv and Open Solutions. Prior to founding CU Engage, James held the position of Chief Sales Officer at PSCU.
James is responsible for leading both operational and business development teams in areas such as core data processing, credit and debit card processing, digital banking and technology solutions.
James was educated in England and moved to the United States in 1984. He lives in Treasure Island, FL with his wife Bettina.

Jennifer is a Co-founder and Partner at CU Engage and has worked in financial services for over 16 years. She spent several years working at FIS helping financial institutions create strategies for their digital channels. After leaving FIS, she worked as Vice President, Credit Union Experience for PSCU working with credit unions as they selected their partners for credit, debit, online banking, mobile and bill pay with a focus on the member experience.
Jennifer graduated from James Madison University with a focus in design and communication. When not working, Jennifer spends time with her husband and two young sons in Tampa, Florida.

Chassidy Butler is a Strategic Consultant for CU Engage. Prior to CU Engage, Chassidy worked with the Sales and Client Relations teams at TMG (now CO-OP) and is experienced in product demos and marketing.
Chassidy is an advocate for credit unions and utilizes her experience to assist credit unions in making tough decisions to secure their future. She leverages her experience and knowledge to guide credit unions through the complex process of making vendor decisions.
Chassidy received her MBA from WGU, and undergraduate degrees from Simpson College. Chassidy resides in Adel, Iowa with her husband, daughter, cat and dog.

Peyton graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and went on to earn her MBA at Jacksonville University. While in graduate school, she led projects at a large technology firm as a Business Systems Analyst. At CU Engage, Peyton leverages her skills to enhance the project landscape through data centralization. She is an avid basketball fan and enjoys cheering on the Blazers in Portland! On the weekend, you can also find her exploring the local food and music scenes.

Nell brings over 20 years of experience leading consulting teams in the Financial Industry. She has held leadership positions at Financial Institutions and in the FinTech world. Nell’s primary focus at CU Engage is to optimize the consulting and business analyst operations and provide best practices around efficiency management to our credit union clients.
Prior to joining CU Engage, Nell was Director of Execution Services for Fiserv Strategy and Innovation. She is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt specializing in leadership and the deployment of Process Optimization, Organizational Efficiency, and Business Transformations. She has successfully implemented process and organizational change across financial institutions, resulting in millions of dollars of expense reduction and resource re-allocation.
Nell holds a Bachelor of Economics with a minor in Theatre from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She has completed post-graduate work at N.C. State University. Nell calls Mount Dora, F.L. home where she enjoys small-town festivals and day trips to Disney World with her husband, Craig, and two elementary-aged children, Jack and Eillen.

Kristin leads the marketing team for CU Engage. Kristin leverages her eight years of experience in analytics, strategy, design, and user experience to grow the CU Engage brand. Prior to joining CU Engage, Kristin was responsible for developing the marketing strategies for a real estate venture capital organization, and regional B2B sales in the hospitality industry.

Ava Farrell is a Strategic Consultant for CU Engage. Ava began her career in banking and transitioned to payment networks. Over the past 20 years, she has held many roles with HONOR/STAR, CU24 and First Data. All focused on client relations allowing her the opportunity to work with many credit unions. She has experience in pricing analysis, product development, training, project management and contract negotiation.
Ava lives in Oviedo, Florida with her husband Dean. Ava and Dean love to travel and spend time with their six kids and two grandsons. She is very family oriented and always hosts family gatherings.

Kaytee is dedicated to efficiently assisting credit unions select vendors that meet their needs and promote innovation and positive member experience.
Prior to joining the CU Engage team as a Business Project Analyst/Project Manager, Kaytee began her career in banking at Wells Fargo and moved on to work for Columbia Credit Union where she worked for seven years. During her career, Kaytee has worked in many areas of the credit union industry from branches and call centers to being a Lead Digital Banking Specialist.
Kaytee leverages her diverse credit union experience and project expertise (e.g. core banking conversion and online channel knowledge) in order to provide clients the best support during their vendor evaluation process.
When she’s not working, Kaytee and her husband – who live in Highland, CA – enjoy the outdoors, rock climbing, hiking, and camping.

Heather Moshier is the Director of Technology Consulting. She has been in the credit union industry for 30 years. Spending 22 years with San Diego County Credit Union, Heather’s areas of responsibilities included information technology and digital channels. Heather has chaired the CUNA Technology Council and Council Forum.
Heather received multiple industry awards including the 2013 Women to Watch in Technology and 2013 Credit Union Rockstar, Credit Union Times Magazine; the 2012 TopTech Executive Honoree, San Diego Magazine; 2011 IT Executive Trailblazer Award, Credit Union Times Magazine; and the 2010 IT Executive of the Year Award, San Diego Business Journal.

Jeff Rice is Director of Business Development at CU Engage where he takes a front line approach in the generation of new and ongoing sales in the industry. Jeff was introduced to the credit union movement by his father, whose entire career was spent in the industry. In addition to being raised in a credit union boardroom, Jeff leverages over 18 years of his own career experience in the financial industry. He has held positions ranging from a Key Client Executive with Fiserv, SVP of Business Development with an FI consulting firm, and various roles within CUNA Mutual Group.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys morning workouts at Orangetheory and spending time with his wife, Courtney, and children, Annabelle (8-years-old), Leo (6-years-old), and Colton (4-months-old)!

Catherine is a marketing professional with an aptitude for writing and social media management. Prior to joining the CU Engage team, Catherine was responsible for composing press kits, event planning, and assisting account management for a medical marketing company. Since coming on board, Catherine has applied her background in social networking, design, and blogging to the Marketing team at CU Engage. She has grown as a marketing professional and helped to improve the efforts of our growing team.

Jessica has 15 years of banking and credit union industry experience. She was a Credit Union Examiner for the State of Iowa and worked in analytics at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union in Tampa, Florida. She specializes in SQL database design and reporting. At CU Engage she uses these skills to enhance the client, vendor, and internal experience. Jessica received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

Ana fulfills the role of Strategic Consultant, where she focuses on working hands-on with credit unions guiding them through payments, digital evaluations and model transformations. Her credit union journey began in 1999 as a Bi-Lingual Contact Center Representative at PSCU and later progressed into product development and project management. In 2008, she moved to Grow Financial, where she spent over seven years in project management and product ownership across credit, debit, ATM, online banking, Symitar core, bill pay and lending. At CU Engage, Ana focuses on the continual improvement of our process and content to streamline how we deliver value.

Prior to joining CU Engage as a Business Analyst, Kody began his career at PSCU in the Fraud Detection Work Center, later moving into the Risk Intelligence team as a Lead Analyst. Kody was responsible for overseeing customized, global fraud mitigation rules, compromised card events, and overall risk checkup. Kody has experience in client relations, training, project management, and is CU Engage’s resident fraud expert.

Vikki’s career consists of a fusion of marketing and zookeeping. Prior to joining CU Engage as Digital Strategic Consultant, Loretta spent the last 18 years with San Diego County Credit Union ($8B in assets and 350,000 members). She had the opportunity to lead several business areas including training, service and sales, data warehouse, business development, and for the last nine years, served as the SVP of eCommerce. Loretta was responsible for all aspects of online business and consumer banking, mobile banking, electronic payments, and numerous other member-facing systems. She also led enterprise-wide technology initiatives from inception to completion, often being first to market with new online services.
