Employee Spotlight – Dean Swann

Employee Spotlight Dean-01

This month, we’re putting the spotlight on Dean Swann. At CU Engage, Dean is in the Principal role of Director of Product Development. He focuses on helping the company create new products and services that benefit CU Engage and our clients. Dean thoroughly enjoys being part of creating net new things. The opportunity to work on exciting tech for the credit union ecosystem is what first brought Dean to the team. He saw where the co-founders and leaders of the company wanted to go and that resonated with him.

Fireside StoriesDean Swann Headshot-01

Once a resident of Brandon, Florida, Dean now resides in Minnesota with his wife, Margo. After 20 years of service, Dean retired from the United States Air Force. Dean loves spending time with his family, and if given the choice, he would rather be on a lake or at the beach than just about anywhere else. In fact, Dean is happiest when he can sit by the fire at his place on the lake and read a book; he usually has both a non-fiction and a fiction book going at any given time.
