Employee Spotlight – Les Anderson
This month, the spotlight is on Les Anderson, CU Engage’s Chief Growth Officer; a new position within the company. Thus far in his short tenure at CU Engage, Les has taken steps to ensure we are driving the generation of new business across all services within CU Engage, is expanding relationship management for our entire portfolio of valued clients, and is keeping an eye on the horizon for what our clients need.
After spending over 23 years at FIS, Les was drawn to CU Engage after witnessing the passion co-founders Jennifer Addabbo and James Guild show for this company and their vision for the future. Now that he is part of the CU Engage team, what Les says he enjoys most about working here is “It’s the ability to directly impact & help our clients and their members. Plus, the people at CU Engage are incredible to work with – every day is a chance to learn.”
As a military kid, Les moved around until he was eight years old when his family settled in the Tampa area. Now living in the Clearwater area with his wife and daughter, he can’t seem to leave (we understand!). His favorite thing about living in Clearwater is his incredible network of friends. He feels it is the best part of being a local for so long. While you won’t find him mowing the lawn (he “retired” from that chore a long time ago), you will find Les spending time with his family and friends doing all the things they love to do together, including faith, fitness, live music, the outdoors, muddling in art, all things Tampa Bay & UF sports.
