Employee Spotlight – Priscilla Abreu
This month, the spotlight is on Priscilla Abreu. Priscilla is a Strategic Project Consultant at CU Engage, where she is responsible for coordinating and successfully completing digital projects by setting and managing deadlines, maintaining schedules, assigning responsibilities, managing risk, monitoring status, and reporting while in close collaboration with clients, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels across a company. She leads the project’s requirements gathering sessions through vendor evaluations, reference visits, and final vendor selection while brokering pricing and contract negotiations. While she has a lot on her plate, Priscilla enjoys her job because “CU Engage provides a great level of autonomy while still supporting employees in every way possible.”
Before starting with CU Engage about a year ago, Priscilla worked in the industry for 15 years and brings experience in portfolio, project, and vendor management, virtual banking, lending, and loss prevention. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
When not helping credit unions with their strategic projects, Pricilla enjoys spending time with her family and running. While she would like to live in the Northeast someday, she doesn’t like the cold, so she calls Tampa, FL “home”, and her favorite thing about Tampa is the Tampa Riverwalk because it provides a scenic running path and is also a good place for relaxing and people watching.
Priscilla came to work at CU Engage when a good friend of hers told her about an opportunity to become part of an amazing team. Now, we’re encouraging you, as a good friend, to read on and learn more about Priscilla!
